If you get an email stating that your Okta account was locked, but you weren't trying to log in, chances are, Microsoft Office is trying to log you in using your old Okta credentials (and failing)
To remediate, open up an Office application (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) and click on the top left where your icon is.
Click "SIgn Out"
After doing so, log back in using your IAS Okta Credentials and you should be all set
