As part of the monthly patch cycle, Corp IT updates all line of business applications including Google Chrome.
If you see an issue where Google Chrome is not opening on a mac and giving an error shown in below snapshot then -
Please try below options-
1. Force quit the app and relaunch
2. Restart the Mac
If none of the solutions work then please reinstall Google Chrome from IAS Self Service app on your mac by following steps below:
1. Obtain Admin right via self service link (Click install when prompted).
2. Delete Chrome app in Applications (Open Finder on mac).
3. Reinstall Chrome via self service link.
